Store Visited: Express

Existing Perceptions: Good Quality Brand, Exceptional Customer Service.

Ambiance: Loud Music, Bright Lighting, Colorful Clothing.

Sales People: Friendly, but had lack of interaction. I went through the whole store without even being greeted. They did greet and help other customers.

Store Overview: Slightly Overpriced, Understaffed, Unorganized.

Revisiting Perception: Good Quality Brand, Bad Service, Too Small.
